I care about building products that contribute to long term value for people and society. I have deep experience leveraging AI technologies and tying them to foundational research and data analyses to build products at scale.
I currently serve as the Chief Product Officer leading the product, engineering and design team at The Suite, a bespoke, invite-only closed community platform for C-Suite executives.
Previously, at Meta, for over a decade, I’ve led product initiatives on Growth, Facebook App Communities, Integrity & News Feed (Ranking and UX) and prior to that, was the founding engineer of the Accessibility team. I’m passionate and have deep experience building orgs, establishing efficient processes/scaleable systems and coaching PMs and PM managers. Prior to Meta, I spent a decade as an Engineer at IBM after graduating with an MS in Computer Science.
In my time on Facebook Growth, I led a team of PMs on the Facebook Family Growth pillars to grow daily and monthly active users focusing on New People and Growth Notification initiatives. Prior to that, I was head of product for the Platform & Governance pillar in Facebook App Communities leading a team of PM managers, focused on fundamentally reimagining how Governance could work for communities on Facebook and how community builders could be empowered to build well-governed communities with a thriving culture. Previously, I focused on recommender systems and ranking to improve how people feel about News Feed and give people more control over the content they see in News Feed. Here are some of my Medium posts on the Science & Art of product management:

Product Launches: Meta Newsroom Announcements
We use surveys asking people what posts they thought were worth their time. Based on these surveys, we are updating News Feed to show people content they will find worthwhile.
We’re introducing “Why am I seeing this post?” to help you better understand and more easily control what you see from friends, Pages and Groups in your News Feed. This is the first time that we’ve built information on how ranking works directly into the app. See my video interview here.
We’re making it easier to sort and browse News Feed, giving you more control over what you see. We recently launched Favorites, a new tool where you can control and prioritize posts from the friends and Pages you care about most in News Feed.
